The Rio Verde Horsemen and Neighbors Association was incorporated in 1998. The RVHA is a 501(c)(7) non-profit. The following is the organization's Mission Statement: The Rio Verde Horsemen and Neighbors Association exists to protect the equestrian heritage, properties, and rural character of the Rio Verde Foothills Community. We bring neighbors together around a shared commitment to preserving our unique horse culture and lifestyle, whether or not you own horses. Membership is open to anyone who shares our values. Unlike a homeowner’s association, we have no authority to restrict, regulate, or enforce. We simply advocate for our equestrian roots, connect neighbors, and preserve our rural way of life.

Be Sure to Check Our Calendar on the EVENTS tab The Rio Verde Horsemen and Neighbors Association serves the unincorporated area of Maricopa County, Arizona, lying east of the Scottsdale city limits, south of the Tonto National Forest, north of the McDowell Mountain Park, and west of the Verde River, excluding the communities of Rio Verde, Tonto Verde and Trilogy. Voting membership is only open to property owners in this area. Non-voting membership is available to property owners outside the area.
